Marty Pricing: The Cash Recovery Plan and Managed Profit Control
The Review fee is confirmed with scope before work begins. This page does not provide a numeric price. Optional Managed Profit Control is separately scoped; confirm its fee, billing cadence and cancellation terms in the proposal.
Marty is a managed profit-control layer for multi-unit restaurants. It turns information from your existing systems into issues that are found, assigned, followed up and verified. The paid Cash Recovery Plan establishes the baseline that tells Marty what to watch first.
Marty focuses on U.S. restaurant groups with 5–50 locations and $10M–$100M in revenue, led by an owner, COO, CFO, controller or operating partner who needs less manual chasing across locations.
Compare the two scopes
| Question | Cash Recovery Plan | Optional Managed Profit Control |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Establish the baseline, priorities and what to watch first | Maintain the agreed operating routine |
| Price disclosure here | No numeric amount; flat fee confirmed first | No numeric amount; separate proposal required |
| Work | Evidence-backed findings, owners, recommended actions and a 30-day plan | Agreed monitoring, manager alerts, follow-up, escalation and result checks |
| Timing or cadence | Seven business days after required access is complete | Agree data refresh, checks and response responsibilities |
| Commitment | Paid baseline Review | Optional continuation, not an automatic commitment |
| Terms to confirm | Included locations/history, required access, payment and refund administration | Scope, fee, billing cadence, term and cancellation |
These are separate purchase decisions. No monthly subscription price or recurring billing schedule is implied by this table.

What you receive
The Review has a flat fee confirmed before work begins. Agree on its scope alongside that fee; optional Managed Profit Control is a separate continuation discussion.
The Review establishes what normal looks like at each location and prioritizes issues for your team. The deliverables are:
- Findings ranked by dollars and location.
- Evidence behind each issue.
- An owner and recommended action.
- A 30-day plan, walked through live with your leadership team.
Those are the items to use when assessing value. A large number without the records, location and recommended response is not enough.
When the clock starts
Delivery is seven business days after required access is complete. Confirm which systems and records are needed, who will provide access, and when that access is considered complete. The timing does not start simply because you submitted an inquiry.
Marty uses read-only access to existing systems. The access discussion should establish which locations and periods are available, including any missing records that limit the Review.
What the guarantee says
The current Marty offer states:
If the Review does not identify a quantified, source-backed cash or profit issue with a location, recommended action, and owner, we refund the Review fee.
This is a guarantee about the Review's finding. It is not a promise that every identified dollar will be collected, or that every recommended action will produce a particular return.
What the guarantee does and does not establish
Keep three stages distinct: an identified issue supported by records; a recommended action with an owner; and a verified outcome in later records. The Review's guarantee concerns the first stage, including its stated location, action and owner requirements.
An unmatched deposit may be a timing difference rather than missing cash. A labor variance needs consistent cost definitions before it becomes a savings estimate. A useful finding identifies its records, location, period and limitations. Identified exposure and ultimately collected or avoided amounts can differ; do not add them together as one recovered-cash figure.
Refund submission steps, processing time and administrative terms are not specified here. Confirm them in writing before purchase; this page does not invent a claim deadline or payment-processing promise.
The cash-reconciliation workflow shows the type of source matching a cash finding may require. It is a workflow example, not a promise that your business has missing cash.
What happens after the Review
Optional Managed Profit Control continues the routine after the baseline Review: Find → Assign → Follow up → Verify. Marty monitors agreed controls, alerts managers, follows up, escalates missed actions and checks whether the number improved. Agree on scope, data availability and cadence for your operation. The Review does not automatically commit you to this continuation.
Questions to settle before work begins
Ask for the included locations, records and historical period; the flat fee; access requirements; delivery timing; and the Review guarantee. Identify who from your leadership team will attend the walkthrough and own the actions afterward.
When evaluating the economics, separate potential opportunities, confirmed errors and realized cash or cost changes. Do not count the same issue twice because it appears in two systems.
